As developers, we've hit a strange point: most of us barely write code by hand anymore. We've become managers of Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex. But let's be honest. And figuring out how to actually use skills, CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md, subagents, and MCP the right way isn't easy. Get it wrong and you don't just waste time. You can make your agent perform worse. So what's the answer? Do we just keep repeating the same things, prompt after prompt? I was skeptical of these tools at first. Then I started using them every day, and now I barely touch code myself. Somewhere along the way I figured out how to get the most out of them, so I built a CLI to share it. It reads your codebase and generates skills, subagents, and hooks tailored to it, so you cut review time, kill the correction rounds, and stop writing those ultra-detailed prompts that explain the same things over and over.
